CCTV System Subject Access Request

The Council is committed to supporting your rights as a data subject. For more details of how we handle your personal information, your rights as a data subject, please read the Council’s corporate privacy notice. We only retain images for 28 days, after which they are automatically erased

You will need the following to complete this form:

  • Details including your name, address, email address telephone number
  • Evidence of your identity by providing two official documents (which between them clearly show your name, date of birth and current address) together with a recent full-face photograph of yourself
  • Reasons for the request
  • Location, date and time of incident
