11am to 12noon: Customer Service Standards and Expectations: Shaping how we work with Residents – Michaelle Tarbun Head of Health Partnerships & Wellbeing, Phil Charles Customer Experience Manager , and Jane Goodenough Programmes & Improvement Lead. We're developing a new set of Customer Service Standards and Customer Behaviour Expectations that will shape how the council works with residents in the future.
During this session, panel members will review the proposed standards and share their views on whether they are clear, meaningful, and aligned with residents' experiences. Feedback from the panel will help refine our approach before it is launched across the council family.

Agenda: Marketplace-style event - For the first time, Residents’ Panel and Young People’s Panel members will come together for a joint event. With 18 Council services attending, it’s a chance to meet staff, share feedback, and learn about current and future projects.
