Report a problem

For marketing and food quality issues, such as allergens, incorrect labelling and ingredients, contamination with chemicals or strange tastes, you should report the problem to Trading Standards.

Reporting to Trading Standards - Citizens Advice

If your complaint refers to a Delivery Platform, e.g. Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats, you must go direct to the delivery company.
