Colchester City Council is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensuring its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.
This statement sets out our actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to our business and to put in place steps that aim to ensure there is no slavery or human trafficking within the organisation, our sub-contractors, partners or supply chains.
The statement relates to actions and activities during the financial year 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. It also sets out the plans for improvements in the next year.
