Businesses and organisations across Colchester are being invited to a free event designed to help them reduce costs, improve efficiency and attract new customers.
Sustainable Futures, taking place at Colchester Zoological Society on Thursday 25 September, will bring together expert speakers, support organisations and local businesses to share practical advice on making sustainability work for organisations of all sizes.

The event will run from 8.30am to 3pm, with presentations beginning at 9.30am. Attendees can choose to stay for the whole day or attend just the sessions most relevant to them.

The programme includes nine expert presentations covering topics such as energy efficiency, sustainable travel, funding opportunities, waste reduction, procurement and future business requirements.
Around 20 exhibitors will also be on hand throughout the day to offer advice, information and support.
