These are the slides from Colchester City Council’s Residents’ Panel Workshop held on Thursday 18th September 2025 at Colchester Town Hall. The same slides were also used for the repeat virtual session on Wednesday 22nd October 2025. Members of the Residents' Panel were invited to discuss the Council’s Customer Service Strategy and Digital Transformation. Topics included resident experiences, service expectations, contact methods, and website redevelopment. Attendees engaged actively, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. The session was collaborative and well-received.
